The PPN-1C mine loading machine is designed for loading exploded rock mass of any strength and abrasiveness into trolleys, onto a conveyor or other vehicles when sinking horizontal mine workings at underground mineral deposits under development and the construction of underground structures. The machine can load rock mass with a lump size of up to 300 mm in workings with a height of at least 2.3 m from the rail head. Loading is performed from the rail track along which the machine is moving. The main components are: the undercarriage, the rotary platform, the lifting gear, the working body, the housing with the control panel mounted on it, the rotation mechanism and the irrigation system. The machine is powered by two pneumatic motors. The PPN 1 loading machine is simple in design, easy to operate and maintain, and reliable in operation.
The PPN-1C direct loading loading machine, pneumatic, on wheels, consists of a bucket loading body 1 with a handle 4; a running trolley 7 with a winch for lifting the bucket, mounted in the body of the machine 3 of the rotary platform 6; two pneumatic motors 2 and a control panel 5. The machine is designed for loading destroyed and loosened into trolleys explosion of rock (dry and wet) with a size of pieces up to 300 mm. The machine loads from the rail track. The machine is driven by two pneumatic motors with a capacity of 9 kW each.
