Fans VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8, VOE-12,
Advantages of VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8, VOE-12 fans
- Removable blades made of aluminum ensure intrinsic safety (this is especially important when ventilating grain in closed rooms, when dust particles fall on heated fan blades made of ordinary metal and there is a risk of explosion, therefore, in this example, it is justified to replace CBM-5 with a VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8 fan, VOE-12 with aluminum blades), and also, due to its low weight, reduce the load on the electric motor, thereby increasing its service life and facilitating the start of the fan,
- Coating with polymer powder paint provides increased resistance to corrosion and weathering, impact resistance,
- The housings have smooth, flawless geometric lines, and also thanks to our own production technology, the fans have increased aerodynamic characteristics - up to 5 m3/s.
- The use of only new components in the manufacture of the product.
Description, scope of application:
Electric dust- and moisture-proof industrial fan for elevators and mines (grain, mine aerator) VOE 5 U2 is made according to GOST 6625-85 and is used for ventilation of rooms on the surface of mines, elevators and for ventilation of closed dusty rooms of class P-II and B-IIa (classification according to the "Rules of electrical installations"), and is also used for smoke removal at various facilities. This fan transfers mechanical energy from the impeller rotated by the electric motor to the flow of the gas-steam-air mixture by means of aerodynamic action on it by the blades of the wheel to impart translational motion to the flow. The typical design of the fan is designed for a voltage of 380 B. The engine power is 7.5 x 3,000 revolutions per minute.
The general industrial fan VOE-5m, VOE-6, VOE-8, VOE-12 is a single-stage, axial, protected from moisture and dust, has a removable electric motor, an analogue of the fan VO 18-310.

Description and technical characteristics of explosion-proof CBM-5M fans
CBM 5 local ventilation shaft fans are used to ventilate dead-end mine workings at air density up to 1.3 kg/m3, temperature from 268 to 308 K, dust content up to 50 mg/m3 and relative humidity up to 95% (at a temperature of 298 K). The CBM-5 fan is explosion-proof, with an explosion protection level of PB ExdI (PB-3B). The aerodynamic characteristics allow the fan to be used in relatively small dead-end workings. The CBM-5m fan, like the VOE-5, can also be used in a similar way for ventilation of large industrial structures, anticorrosive coatings of containers, as well as in agriculture in conjunction with various ventilation installations. Explosion protection is ensured by the use of explosion-proof electric motors, the shells of which correspond to the IP54 version. Distinctive features: the ability to turn off the fan in case of exceeding the normal temperature, cost-effectiveness, the possibility of using it for ventilation of small workings, at the request of the customer, the fan can be equipped with a noise muffler, dynamic balancing of the impeller according to a high accuracy class ensures long-lasting and reliable operation of the fan, an anti-explosion device is used in the fan design, expanding the fan's area of operation and preventing it entering the surge.

Mine fans VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8, VOE-12 in mining engineering (UIM)
when working in open sections: it is used for blowing in order to cool a DC motor of the DPB type for the "rotation" drive on drilling rigs of the SBSH-250 and SBSH-200 types, as well as for artificial ventilation of DC electric motors for the main drives - lifting /lowering (DPV motors), pressure, rotation (rotation around its axis) and stroke (DPE engines) of excavators of quarry tracked ECG 4.6, ECG 5a, ECG 8I, ECG 10, ECG 12.5, ECG 15, ECG 20.
VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8, VOE-12 are used for installations of the main ventilation of mines and mines of the mining industry. Bce coal mines must be ventilated with mechanical ventilation equipment (fans), as well as most non-coal mines. The mine can have one fan or can be ventilated by several fans, depending on its size and air demand. These fans must supply enough air to fully ventilate the shaft. Air can be supplied to the shaft by injection or can be drawn out of the shaft by exhaust ventilation. The air passes through underground workings (tunnels), slopes (inclined shafts) or mine shafts. There are numerous requirements for the installation and operation of main ventilation fans. In mines and mines dangerous in terms of methane gas content, the following requirements must be met. Coal mine fans must: 1. To be installed on the surface. 2. Be installed in a fire-safe ventilated area. 3. Be at an explosion-proof distance from the mine. 4. Be equipped with pressure gauges and alarm devices, which must be triggered in case of slowing down or stopping the fan.
Roller drilling machines SBSH-250 (or drilling machines with roller bits) are equipped with fans VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8, VOE-12 as fans for dust extraction and fans for blowing the electric motor of the rotator. The SBSH-250 machine has a dry dust suppression system, which operates according to the suction scheme: a dust collector – a large fraction hopper – a double cyclone with a hopper – a dust-settling chamber with a shaker – a VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8, VOE-12 fan with an electric motor. Since this machine uses a dry dust suppression system, in case of development of watered rocks, an additional installation is provided for blowing off drilling fines, on which a fan VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8 is installed on top.
How does the device for face cleaning and dust collection work with VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8, VOE-12. On all machines, the destruction products are removed with compressed air, which is pumped by compressors into the well through the drilling rig. Cooling the roller bit, the air through the annular space carries the drilling fines to the wellhead, where large fractions settle, smaller rock particles and dust are sucked out by the fan VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8 into the dust hopper, and the dusty air is released into the atmosphere. When drilling wells in siliceous rocks, fabric filters are installed on machines to suppress dust, or water is sprayed into the air stream, and the well is blown with an air-water mixture.
Dry dust collection plants operate mainly according to a single principle of operation. They differ in the shape of the dust collector and the number of filter stages of the filtration chamber. A typical dry dust collection unit includes an open dust collector, which is fixed to the machine frame (large fractions of the drilling product are deposited under the dust collector - the first stage of cleaning) and a paired cyclone (the second stage of cleaning), after which larger fractions fall into the hopper, and fine dust enters the fabric bag filters, in which the final cleaning is carried out air (third stage). Next, the flow through the fan VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8, VOE-12 goes into the atmosphere. For periodic cleaning of the inner surface of the hoses, a shaking mechanism is used, which consists of an electric motor, a gearbox and cams acting on a lever connected to a movable filter frame. The dust falling out of the sleeves is collected in two bins. The control of the shaker is remote from the driver's cabin. When the shaking device is turned on, the main compressors and the fan VOE-5, VOE-6, VOE-8, VOE-12 are automatically switched off. After a specified period of time, the shaker is switched off. In this case, the fan drive can be switched on, and then the drives of the main compressors. Monitoring of the installation is carried out by depressionometers (micromanometers) located in the driver's cabin.
When drilling hard rocks, if the mechanical drilling speed does not exceed 10-15 m/h, the second stage of cleaning can be disabled.
The installation of wet dust suppression involves spraying a certain amount of water or soap emulsion under pressure into a pipeline that supplies compressed air to the bottom of the well through nozzles. Rising through the annulus, the air-water mixture carries along the particles of the drilled rock and lifts them in the form of wet sludge to the wellhead. The wet rock coming out of the well is blown away from the machine by the air flow of the VOE-5 fan. The amount of water supplied to the well is regulated by a valve from the driver's cabin. 3 Water is pumped into the water tank by a vortex pump. In winter, the water system is heated.
